Hey everyone! Just wanted to give a few updates on some of our athletes progress and accomplishments. Below you will see stats from three different athletes in three different levels of our training program. All have worked very hard over the past 3 to 9 months and their results reflect their dedication. I hope all of our current and future athletes will continue to try their hardest each and every class so that I can proudly post the results on here as well! John Tarbox results: 10 Yard Sprint: 2.2 down to 2.0 seconds.
Vertical Leap: 14.1 in. up to 18.9 in!
Shuttle Run: 10.43 to 9.48.
Core Power: .4 (1 rating) to .8 (3 rating) (Ratings are out of 5)
Hurdle Step: 3 on the right leg and 2 on the left, both went to 4s!
Deep Overhead Squat: 1 up to 2.
Joey Boerner: 10 Yard Sprint: 1.88 down to 1.79!
Vertical Leap: 23.8 in. up to 26.8 in.
Shuttle Run: 8.81 down to 8.27
Also from our FUNctional Fitness class, Alexis Sturtz provided her stats from her yearly gym class testing because our standard assessment is not required for this level. Many results were quite impressive!
Push Ups: 7 up to 15! (Thats more than double!!!)
Sit Ups: 11 up to 35.
Sit and Reach (flexibility test): 9 in. up to 11.5 in.
Mile Run: 11 minutes down to 9 minutes 57 seconds.
Shuttle Run: 19 seconds down to 13 seconds.
