Training Like an Olympian!

You saw it all over the TV while the Olympics were going on. Darra Torres and Michael Phelps’ training regimens were on every news story possible. It is some of the most elite training they could buy.

A program that integrated core training, stability training, with strength and power training.

This is the elite training that is available to everyone in central Ohio at Go: Sports and Go: Fitness.  Sometimes our training is not as obvious as other systems (Big Biceps, Big Bench and Big Squats).

However, we do something better for our youth. We make them better athletes. We train the ability to stop, start, and change direction as fast and safe as possible. We teach the athletes how to be strong in their sport, and how to be more athletic and coordinated.

Do you want your athletes to bench press more (Huge waste of time) or be more athletic?
